SRINAGAR: Suspected militants attacked a non-local driver in the south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Monday evening.
A Srinagar based news agency Kashmir Scroll reported that militants fired upon a non-local driver, identified as Paramjit Singh, a resident of Delhi in Shopian district, and injured him critically.
It said that the injured driver was immediately taken to a nearby hospital, where he was referred to a Srinagar medical institution for advanced treatment. He said that the whole area has been sealed to nab the attackers.
