SRINAGAR: A woman from UP was found hanging and a local man was found dead in an orchard in the Kulgam district of Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday.
Officials said that a man identified as Fayaz Ahmad Lone, son of Mohammad Abdullah of Khokharhama Kulgam was found dead in an orchard at the Gassirana village of south Kashmir.
He said that the motorcycle bearing registration number JK18C-7233 and a one poison bottle was also recovered from the spot.
“In a similar incident, a non-local lady (name withheld) from Bijnoor Uttar Pardash was found hanging at her rented room near emergency hospital Qazigund,” the official said.
He said the body was shifted to emergency hospital Qazigund for medico legal formalities.
