SRINAGAR: A 27-year-old man was injured after he fell from a bridge near the Deputy Commissioner’s office in the Kupwara area of North Kashmir on Wednesday.
Officials said that the injured person has been identified as a resident of Kupwara. He was initially rushed to District Hospital Kupwara, from where he was referred to the Bone and Joint Hospital, Barzulla, Srinagar, for specialised treatment.
The victim sustained injuries to both feet. His condition is stated to be stable and he is undergoing treatment, they said.
