SRINAGAR: The Razdan Pass, a key route connecting north Kashmir’s Bandipora to Gurez Valley, received its fresh snowfall on Wednesday.
An official said that Razdan Pass received fresh light snowfall, but traffic on the Bandipora-Gurez road remains open for vehicles, local news gatherer NVI reported.
Meanwhile, a Meteorological Department official said that the weather system will bring a brief spell of precipitation to elevated areas but is not expected to cause major disruptions.
“The possibility of very light rain or light snow will be confined to higher altitudes in North Kashmir, starting late tonight and continuing into early tomorrow,” he said.
