SRINAGAR: The Nottingham Developing Solutions Scholarship 2025-2026 is a master’s scholarship offered by the University of Nottingham in the UK. It aims to support students who aspire to contribute to the development of critical economic, structural, environmental, social, or political sectors in their home countries.

The Nottingham Developing Solutions Master’s Scholarship is a one-year programme, and the deadline to apply is April 16, 2025.

Interested applicants must be domiciled in India, Africa, or one of the following Commonwealth countries: Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Brunei, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Falkland Islands, Fiji, Gibraltar, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, Kiribati, Malaysia, Maldives, Montserrat, Nauru, Nepal, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Pitcairn Islands, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, St Helena, St Kitts and Nevis, St Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Tristan da Cunha, Turks and Caicos Islands, Tuvalu, and Vanuatu.

The benefits of the scholarship include tuition fee coverage of up to 50% or 100%, giving international students an opportunity to propose development solutions for their home countries.

The eligibility criteria require applicants to:

  • Be classified as international students for tuition fee purposes.
  • Hold an offer to study a full-time master’s degree (including MRes) at the University of Nottingham, UK, for the 2025-2026 academic year.
  • Apply to a programme within the Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, or Faculty of Social Sciences.
  • Not be a current student or graduate of the University of Nottingham.
  • Meet the university’s English language requirements if their first language is not English.
