Jammu and Kashmir PDP-BJP Government Wednesday enhanced the monthly remuneration of Numberdars and Chowkidars.
This was done by the PDP-BJP cabinet which met in Jammu this afternoon chaired by CM Ms Mehbooba Mufti.
Sources said that the Numberdars and Chowkidars will get Rs 1500 per month from now onwards.
There was an increase of 100% in their salaries.
