Just after Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Muhammad Ashraf Mir won from Sonwar assembly constituency, outgoing Chief Minister Omar Abdullah while accepting the defeat tweeted “congratulations to Ashraf Mir for his victory in Sonwar. I wish him and the people all good luck for the next six years. He’s now my local MLA.”
