Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah has welcomed the reappointment of NN Vohra as Governor of Jammu and Kashmir describing it as a positive initiative in the interest of Jammu and Kashmir State.
As per a statement the Chief Minister has highlighted the role of NN Vohra as Governor of the State in his first term and has said that his advice has always been fruitful and to the best interests of the people of Jammu and Kashmir and the State.
Omar has expressed his hope that NN Vohra would “continue to guide the government during his second term and be instrumental in the goal of achieving permanent peace and prosperity in the State.”
