Four masked men interrupted a bus of IUST in Awantipora outskirts on Saturday and resorted to stone pleting. The incident was reported at 4 PM.
Reports said that an employee identified as Sajad Ahmad Mattoo was injured in the attack.. He is a resident of Malbagh Hazratbal. He received a head injury and was shifted to SMHS hospital.
Unidentified miscreants Friday evening resorted to stone pelting attacks on vehicles at Eidgah Srinagar, damaging some private vehicles.
Reports said that one person identified as Jan Muhammad Dar son of Muhammad Sidiq Dar resident of Awanta Bhawan Srinagar has suffered head injury in the attack.
His vehicle was also damaged in the incident.
Pertinently, on Tuesday evening, vehicles came under severe stone pelting attack in Batengoo area of Islamabad district.
A 3 year old Sarika and his uncle were injured in the attack.
Reports said that Sarika was on way to Srinagar in her father’s rice-laden troller with her two primary-school going siblings when it came under a stone pelting attack.
