On Modi’s Kashmir remark of ‘Na goli se na gali se’ Mirwaiz says resolution a reality if replaced with ‘insaaf and insaniyat’

Senior separatist leader and Hurriyat (M) chief Mirwaiz Umar Farooq on Tuesday welcomed the statement of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in which he said that Kashmir problem can be only solved by embracing Kashmiries.

Modi had, in his Independence Day speech, on Tuesday said: “Na goli se, na gaali se, Kashmir ki samasya suljhegi gale lagaane se, (Abuses and bullets won’t solve the Kashmir issue, embracing Kashmiris will.)”
