SRINAGAR: One person lost his life while four others were injured in a road accident in the Bemina area of Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district late at night on Saturday, officials said.
A police official stated that a Swift car carrying five persons hit a divider at Bemina Chowk, resulting in injuries to four passengers and one fatality.
He identified the deceased as, Aayid aged about 12 hailing from Babdem Srinagar, and the injured were later identified as Moomin Ahmad, a resident of Pampore, Hashim Nazir, Zahid Zahoor, and Inayat, all residents of Chattabal Srinagar.
He added that, the injured have been referred to the hospital, and the police have taken up the of investigation into the incident—(KNO)
