SRINAGAR: One person was killed and three others were injured in a road accident on the Parnewa–Kulbugh road in Budgam district on Friday.
An official said the accident occurred when an Alto car collided with a Tavera.
As a result, the Alto driver and three passengers in the Tavera sustained injuries.
The injured were shifted to District Hospital Budgam, where doctors declared the Alto driver dead on arrival.
He was identified as Zeeshan Ashraf, son of Mohd Ashraf, a resident of Tokerpora, Budgam.
The official added that the matter is being investigated and a police team has been sent to the spot. (JKNS)
