SRINAGAR: One more militant was killed in an encounter with the counter-insurgent forces on Thursday in Wanigam Payeen village of Kreeri in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district taking the death toll of militants to two, an official said.
He said that one more militant was killed in the gunfight in Wanigam Payeen village of Kreeri.
He added that the identity and group affiliation of slain militants were being ascertained.

Earlier, police had said that one militant was killed in the encounter on Thursday.
