SRINAGAR: One more militant was killed in an encounter with the counter-insurgent forces on Friday in Yadipora village of Pattan town in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district taking the death toll of militants to three, an official said.
He said that one more militant was killed in the gunfight in Yadipora area of Pattan.
He added that the identity and group affiliation of slain militants were being ascertained.
Earlier, police had said that two militants were killed in the encounter. Army officer and two cops were also injured in the gunfight.
