SRINAGAR: One more militant was killed in an encounter with the counter-insurgent forces on Wednesday in Sugan village of south Kashmir’s Shopian district taking the death toll of militants to three, an official said.
He said that one more militant was killed in the gunfight in Sugan area of Shopian.
He added that the identity and group affiliation of slain militants were being ascertained.

Earlier, police had said that two militants were killed in the encounter.
