SRINAGAR: One more militant was killed in an encounter with the counter-insurgent forces on Sunday in Beshambar Nagar in central Kashmir’s Srinagar district taking the death toll of militants to two, an official said.
He said that one more militant was killed in the gunfight in Beshambar Nagar area of Srinagar.
He added that both the militants were involved in recent militant attack on CRPF in Srinagar and are residents of Pakistan.

Earlier, police had said that one militant was killed in the encounter.
