A Tavera bearing registration number JK05B/8012 collided with Tipper bearing registration number JK05C/0162 at National High Way near Tapper, falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Pattan, resulting in on spot death of Jagjeet Singh son of Gurmohan Singh resident of Kupwara and injuries to other two passengers boarded in the Tavera. The body of deceased was handed over to his next of kins and injured were shifted to Hospital for treatment. Police has registered a case in this regard.
Meanwhile, a Tipper bearing registration number Jk02C/7458 collided with a Tavera bearing registration number JK03C/4792 at Kachakoot National Highway, falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Awantipora, resulting in injuries to five passengers. All the injured have been shifted to hospital for treatment. Police registered a case in this regard.
In another accident, Ritz Car bearing registration number JK05B/3772 and Tavera bearing registration number JK01Q/3008 collided near Police Station Chari Sharif, Budgam, resulting in injuries to three persons boarded in the Ritz. All the injured have been shifted to hospital for treatment. Police has registered a case in this regard.
In another accident, a Xylo Car bearing registration number PB01A/2289 hit and injured a 9 year old girl Nakeena daughter of Mohammad Shafi Sidura resident of Razen at National Highway near Razen, falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Gund, Ganderbal. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment. Police has registered a case in this regard.
In another accident, a Truck bearing registration numberJK03A/6832 collided with a Tata Mobile bearing registration numberJK013/9605 near Police Public School Bemina, resulting in injuries to truck conductor. The injured was shifted to JVC Hospital for treatment. Police has registered a case in this regard.
