One person was injured in the grenade attack on a BSNL mobile tower in Shaheed Gunj area in Srinagar, sources said.
Meanwhile, ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Friday strongly condemned the grenade attack at Karan Nagar in Srinagar.
In a statement, PDP termed the incident inhuman and unfortunate and said the people behind it can’t be the friends of Kashmiris.
“Police should thoroughly investigate the incident and identify the perpetrators immediately,” the statement said adding, “such incidents vitiate the peace atmosphere and generate fear psychosis among the people and add to the miseries of Kashmiris.”
