Authorities on Sunday allowed all the vehicles stranded on Srinagar-Jammu highway due to the blockade following landslides at various areas on the thoroughfare.
An official said that thousands of the vehicles, mostly trucks were allowed to move on the highway after days-long closure. Earlier, the road was blocked after landslides and shooting stones occurred on the highway in Ramban and other adjoining areas of the district.
