In the face of recent political developments in Kashmir, Pakistan’s Foreign Office spokesperson Friday expressed concern over the “excessive use of force against the Kashmiris to curb their struggle”.
“Pakistan will continue its political, moral and diplomatic support to the people of Kashmir struggling for their right to self-determination in Occupied Kashmir,” Tasnim Aslam Khan, FO spokesperson said in a press statement released to Radio Pakistan. She was commenting on a recent rally in Kashmir.
The spokesperson while expressing concern over the “excessive use of force” against the Kashmiris to “curb their struggle”, said: “India cannot deny the basic rights of the people of Occupied Kashmir.”
