SRINAGAR
Sanaullah Haq, a Pakistani prisoner who was critically injured after being brutally attacked by another inmate in central Jammu jail, died Saturday, a newspaper from Pakistan, Dawn reported while quoting a Pakistani official.
However, no official confirmation has come from New Delhi. Government of India is likely to make a statement on his condition at 6 PM, Saturday.
The report by Pakistani newspaper was neither confirmed by Pakistani officials nor the Indian officials in New Delhi.
