Unidentified persons set a panchayat building on fire in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Friday evening.
According to a local source, the building located in Heewan Sheeri Baramulla suffered minor damage, after it was set on fire by unknown men, however, firemen doused the flames on time.
In this regard, a case has been lodged and further investigation has been taken up. An official said that timely action of police and firemen saved the building from further damage.
