A day after Army said that it has closed ‘Pathribal fake encounter’ case, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Friday expressed his resentment and said that he will ask the Law Department and Advocate General to examine options.

In his tweet, Omar Abdullah termed the matter serious and wrote that he was extremely disappointed with the decision of the Army regarding Pathribal incident.

“A matter as serious as Pathribal can’t be closed or wished away like this more so with the findings of the CBI so self evident.” Omar tweeted Friday morning.

In another tweet Omar said his government will examine options. “Extremely disappointed with the decision of the army regarding Pathribal. Will ask the Law Department and Advocate General to examine options,” he said.
