Condemning the Pattan incident in which three bullets ridden bodies of young boys with torture marks was found in mysterious circumstances in an apple orchard at Seeru Dangarpora in North Kashmir’s Pattan town, Hurriyat Conference (m) head Mirwaiz Umar Farooq Tuesday evening called for a complete shutdown on Wednesday.
According to an amalgam statement, “Mirwaiz has called for complete shutdown on Wednesday 16th September 2015.”
