SRINAGAR: The Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) of Poonch has ordered the attachment of Naveed Ahmed, Patwari of Patwar Halqa Shindara in Tehsil Haveli, amid an inquiry into allegations of misconduct.
According to an official order issued by the ADC, Naveed Ahmed has been attached to the office of Tehsildar Haveli with immediate effect. “Pending enquiry into the misconduct, Naveed Ahmed, Patwari, PH Shindara, Tehsil Haveli, is hereby attached in the office of Tehsildar Haveli,” the order reads.
The order further states that Azhar Majid (JKAS), Tehsildar Haveli, has been appointed as the Inquiry Officer to conduct a thorough investigation into the matter. The officer has been directed to submit a report along with recommendations within 10 days from the issuance of the order.
Meanwhile, Zulfqar Ahmed, Patwari of Village Seri Chowana, has been given additional charge of Patwar Halqa Shindara, until further instructions are issued. (JKNS)
