In last two years Power Development Department (PDD) has generated revenue of Rs 3,674.27 Cr.
This was revealed in the Legislative Council during current budget session by government.
According to the written reply, in the year 2014-15 the revenue generated has been Rs 1737.27 Cr. With the increase of 200.7 Cr in 2015-16, the revenue generated is 1937.34 Cr.
The revenue generated from Jammu division is Rs 537.30 cr, while Kashmir has generated Rs v349.09 cr.
The revenue of Rs 7.61 cr has been generated from Kargil
