As the counting is still in progress the Peoples Democratic Party, which was expected to lead as per the exit polls, have according to party sources started a dialogue with BJP, the second largest party leading from Jammu and Kashmir.
Meanwhile senior PDP leader Muzaffar Hussain Beigh told New Delhi based channel that numbers will decide whom to align with and decison will be taken by party leadership.
Pertinently the president National Conference Omar Abdullah refused any coalition government with BJP on Monday.
By Tuesday evening the fate of 821 candidates including 276 independent candidates will be decided.
