‘PDP-BJP Govt Working Hard to Implement RSS Agenda in J&K’: Geelani

While strongly condemning the “dictatorial attitude” of the PDP-BJP coalition government, chairperson Hurriyat (g) Syed Ali Geelani Sunday said these people are working hard to “change the demographic character” of Jammu & Kashmir state by allowing the Pandit and Sainik colonies like “RSS agendas here”, a statement issued by the amalgam here read.

“Kashmiri people will in no ways allow the implementation of the dangerous policies of the government and will resist every such move with tooth and nail,” he said.

While criticizing the government and the state police for arresting the “pro-freedom” people and imposing strict restrictions over the movements of the leadership, Syed Ali Geelani said that detentions and imprisonments have neither worried the “resistance leadership” and nor will these kinds of “oppressive tactics” deter us in the future too.

While lashing out at the “RSS backed” PDP government, Syed Ali Geelani said that the eagerness of these people (PDP) in following the “anti-Kashmir and anti-Muslim policies of India” is very sorrowful and concerning for the whole Kashmiri nation, the statement further said.

Syed Ali Geelani said that the Jammu Muslims have been left on the mercy of the “fanatic communal forces and the RSS” takes this area as their conquered area where they do whatever they want.

Syed Ali Geelani also condemned the arrest and detention of innocent youths and said that there are thousands of Muslims particularly youths languishing in the Indian jails and they are being prosecuted for being Muslims. The Muslim youths are fabricated in false and baseless cases and are detained for years together in jails.
