Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has extended greetings to Muslim Ummah in general and Muslims of state in particular, on the auspicious occasion of Shab-e-Qadr and Jumat ul Vida.
PDP vice president Mohammad Sartaj Madni and General Secretary Nizamudin Bhat has said that the party shares the sentiments with devotees on pious days of Jumat-ul Vida and Shab e Qader with the hope that these pious occasions will be marked with religious fervour and harmony.
“PDP appeals all the devotees for praying peace and prosperity in the region in general and Kashmir valley in particular,” the leaders said.
They said that it is party’s sentiment and conviction that these occasions get us closer to accomplishment of our aspirations. This is bound to happen if we unite stand to struggle through reconciliation and peaceful means.
