SRINAGAR: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Wednesday paid rich tributes to late Mirwaiz Moulvi Muhammad Farooq and late Abdul Gani Lone whose death anniversaries are being observed on May 21.
In a statement, PDP spokesman said that the best tribute to these two leaders would be that the people of Jammu and Kashmir commit themselves to work for social upliftment of the downtrodden and work tirelessly towards getting the people of the state out of uncertainty.
According to the spokesman, the contribution made by the two leaders in the socio-political awakening of people would long be remembered in Jammu & Kashmir for times to come.
