Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) President Mehbooba Mufti has expelled Youth President Karnah Captain Mohammad Hussain, Khalid Shuja Wadana member district body PDP Kupwara from the basic membership of the party.
This was disclosed the party spokesman here on Wednesday.
