Speaking to reporters, Para said the people had placed their faith in the NC government with high expectations, but the Omar led National conference goverment had failed to fulfil its commitments. “The NC has made a complete U-turn on its core issues. Every promise made to the people stands broken,” he stated.

He reiterated that the PDP remained dedicated to protecting the rights and dignity of the people of Jammu and Kashmir. “We are confident that the people of Budgam will support the PDP and send a clear message that Omar Abdullah’s government has failed to deliver,” he said.

Reaffirming his party’s commitment to accountability, job creation, and transparent governance, Para stressed that “the people’s trust can no longer be taken for granted.”

The PDP leader also condemned the Delhi blast, expressing profound grief over the loss of lives and extending solidarity with the bereaved families.
