People’s Democratic Party’s (PDPs) Lok Sabha election candidate for Jammu-Poonch seat, Yash Pal Sharma is a net worth of Rs 35.6 lakh. The details of his property were divulged in an affidavit submitted by Sharma, days before the Parliamentary elections.
Pertinently, the submission of an affidavit showing details of movable and immovable property is a legal obligation for those who will be contesting elections. Sharma filed his nomination papers on March 20.
The PDP candidate has mentioned in his affidavit that he has Rs 1,45,710 cash in hand, besides jewellery worth Rs 4.5. His net movable property has been calculated at Rs 14,62,163.
Pal owns a total 15 kanals of agricultural land according to the affidavit which is valued at Rs 21 lakh.
