Unidentified persons lobbed a petrol bomb at the residence of a Congress Party’s Urban Local Bodies contesting candidate at Hajin area of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district late Friday evening.
Reports said that a petrol bomb was hurled at the residence of Irshad Ahmad Wani who is the candidate for ULB (Urban local bodies) polls for the Congress party in Hajin town.
However, in the attack, no loss of life or injury was reported.
Meanwhile, the whole area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers.
