Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday said, PM Modi has created an environment of hatred and anger in Kashmir.
“Modi’s policy has created space in Jammu and Kashmir for Pakistan to misbehave,” Gandhi said addressing a public rally in Bengaluru.
The Congress leader also said that the Prime Minister represents spirit of people of India and it is time for Narendra Modi to start ‘acting and operating’ like a PM, DNA reported.
Rahul Gandhi’s remark came a day after Narendra Modi said, bullets or abuses will not help resolve the problems of Kashmiris and a change can take place by embracing all Kashmiris.
“Na gaali se, na goli se, parivartan hoga gale lagaane se… samasya suljhegi har Kashmiri ko gale lagane se (problems of Kashmir cannot be addressed by either bullets or by abuses. The change can come by embracing all Kashmiris).”
