A police party from police station Soura apprehended a suspicious person near the main gate SKIMS Soura identified as Mohd Yousuf Tiploo son of Mohd Ramzan Tiploo resident of Tiploo Mohalla Aanchar and recovered 13 bottles of codeine phosphate Cough-Rex from his possession which he had intended to sell among the youth at exorbitant rates.
Accordingly, case FIR no 22/18 under section 8/22 NDPS was registered and an investigation was taken up.
Meanwhile, Police station Parimpora on Friday recovered a Tata mobile vehicle bearing Registration number JK01R 6365 from Lasjan area. The said vehicle was stolen from Lawaypora on 23-12-2017 and case FIR number 300/2017 under section 379 RPC was registered in police station Parimpora and investigation were set into motion.
The said vehicle was recovered from Lasjan area on Friday.
