SRINAGAR: An Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) of the Jammu and Kashmir Police passed away due to a heart attack in Sopore, located in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district, on Monday evening.
A police official informed that ASI Khushal Ahmad, stationed at DPO Sopore, suffered a severe heart attack at Sopore railway station.
Khushal, a resident of Katyawali Chandoosa, succumbed to the heart attack before reaching the hospital.
Further proceedings related to this incident have been initiated.(KS).
