Kishtwar Police on Sunday produced challan before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Kishtwar against the accused who were found involved in interrupting and creating nuisance at the site of construction work in Pakal Dul H. E Project Kishtwar.
It is pertinent to mention here that, on receiving a communication from Jai Prakash Associates Ltd. the Kishtwar Police took cognizance and appeared on the spot while the accused namely Des Raj, Masood Ahmed, Bhanu Prakash, Ajay Kumar, Mohd Iqbal, Ashiq Hussain, Muzaffar Hussain, Javed Iqbal, Deepak Kumar and Abdul Wahid Dar fled from the place of occurrence of incident who were later bailed out by the order of Court.
Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, Angrez Singh Rana informed that such incidents creating unnecessary hindrances in the smooth implementation of project work. He further added that District administration would not tolerate any kind of illegal disturbance at project sites and who so ever try to vitiate the peaceful environment at project sites shall be taken to task.
