SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Police on Sunday carried out raids at multiple locations in Poonch district as part of a broader operation aimed at dismantling terror networks active in the border region, Daily Excelsior reported.
The searches were conducted at eight locations, primarily targeting the residences of individuals suspected to have links with Pakistan-based terror commanders. Many of these commanders are believed to be originally from Jammu and Kashmir.
The operation, as per reports, was focused on collecting leads related to cross-border connections and possible local support systems for militants active in the area.
