Police recovered two male unidentified bodies in Srinagar and Kulgam while three structures were damaged in fire.

Police recovered a male unidentified body on Srinagar-0Jammu Highway at Bypass Nowgam near British School. The body of deceased is laying in mortuary at Pantha Chowk.

Police have initiated inquest Proceedings under section 174 CrPC to ascertain identity and cause of his death.

Meanwhile, another male unidentified body has been recovered at Upper Bazar from irrigation Cannel Qazigund, Kulgam. The body of deceased is laying in the mortuary room of Qazigund Hospital.

The police spokesperson said that three structures were damaged in three separate fire incidents in Islamabad and Srinagar.

Fire broke out at Sheerbagh, Islamabad in the old exchange building, resulting in its partial damage.

Meanwhile, fire broke out in the Bat factory belonging to Fayaz Ahmad Sofi son of Rajab sofi resident of Sather Sangam at Halmulla Sangam, Islamabad, resulting in partial damage to the structure.

In another incident, fire broke out in the Kiryana shop of Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat son of Abdul Aziz resident of Harwan situated at Harwan, resulting in complete damage to the shop.

However, no loss of life or injury was reported in these fire incidents.
