SRINAGAR: Two individuals were arrested by police with 6.5 kilograms of a heroin-like substance in the Seir area of Nowshera in Rajouri district on Friday.
Officials said that acting on a tip-off, the two suspects were apprehended from the village of Seir. Upon investigation, 6.5 kilograms of heroin was recovered from their possession.
Meanwhile, further investigations by the police are underway, they added. (GNS)
