Police on Thursday raided the house of drug peddler Gulzar Ahmad Ganaie son of Ghulam Mohammad Ganaie resident of Ganai Mohalla, Wagoora in Srinagar and recovered 25 kilograms of Bung Patri and 7 kilograms of poppy straw from his house, a police statement said.
A case under FIR No:120/2017 U/S 8/20, 15/18 NDPS Act has been registered and investigation has been taken up.
People of the area also appreciated the role of Police which has been putting its sincere efforts in the eradication of this menace of Narcotics and Drugs Smuggling.
