Police registered a case against the driver of a CRPF vehicle that hit and injured a person in South Kashmir’s Kokernag area, this afternoon.
Umar Nazir Tantray son of Nazir Ahmad resident of Watnard, Kokernag was injured when a CRPF Gypsy hit him near Hangalgund. The injured was shifted to District hospital, Islamabad for treatment.
According to police spokesman, Kokernag Police has registered a case FIR no: 40/2013 under section 279, 337/RPC in this regard. The driver of the Gypsy was arrested and the vehicle was seized.
