Police on Tuesday sought the help of the general public in tracing the missing person who is missing since July 16, 2018.
A police spokesperson in a statement said: “As reported by Abdul Rasheed Sofi resident of Ashmuqam Anantnag that his son Ishtiyaq Rasheed Sofi (aged 36 years), a resident of Ashmuqam is missing from his home since July 16, 2018.”
“In this regard a, missing report has been lodged in Police Station Ashmuqam and search to trace out the missing person has been started,” the spokesman said.
“Anybody having any information regarding the missing person may kindly inform Police Station Ashmuqam on 9596777624 or PCR Anantnag on 9596777669, 94190-51910,” the spokesman said.
