SRINAGAR: A police constable was injured on Saturday after his rifle went off accidentally in Khag area of central Kashmir’s Budgam.
Senior Superintendent Of Police (SSP) Budgam Tahir Saleem said that today afternoon constable Muzaffar Ahmad 765/BD posted in Khag received an injury on his left foot when his rifle went off accidentally while he was performing his duties.
“The injured constable was shifted to Hospital Khag where his condition is stated to be stable,” said SSP Budgam.
