A policeman injured on Friday, in a militant attack in Kak Sarai area of Srinagar, continues to be in a critical condition at SKIMS Soura.
On Saturday, during the protest demonstrations where youth clashed with government forces after the Eid prayers, there were reports of several youths being injured and admitted in Srinagar’s SMHS and SKIMS hospitals for the treatment.
Official sources said that mostly the youth were being hit by the pellets and are being treated in various hospitals of the Srinagar city.
On Friday, suspected militants opened fire on a police naka party at kaka Sarai area of Srinagar. resulting in injuries to two cops. Two civilians also suffered injuries. All the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. But the condition of Head Constable continues to be critical.
