SRINAGAR: Two militants killed in a gunfight with the counter-insurgent forces in Poshana area in Poonch district were affiliated with Lashkar-e-Taiba outfit, police said.
An official identified the slain militants as Sajid and Bilal both residents of Pakistan and they were affiliated with proscribed outfit LeT.
He said that two AK 47 Rifles, one UBGL and one Thuraya Satphone have been recovered from their possession.
Earlier, a police official said two militants were killed and one associate was arrested in an encounter at Poshana area along the Mughal road in Poonch district.
