Poor mobile network, internet services of ‘Airtel’ irk Kangan subscribers

The residents of Kangan area of Ganderbal district have accused private telecom operator ‘Airtel’ of poor mobile network and internet services.

Inhabitants of various areas including Hayan Polpora, Bonibagh and other areas of the village complained about the poor network of the cellular company.

According to them, both post-paid and prepaid users, experience connectivity problems.

Besides, the users also complained of slow data connectivity.

Locals said that thousands of Airtel subscribers have been facing tremendous hardships from past few days due to poor internet connectivity services. “We have approached to the concerned Airtel officials in this regard but to no avail,” the residents said.

They said that even after approaching the higher ups of Airtel, the problem still persists. “Nobody from Airtel is ready to listen to us thereby leaving us to suffer,” they said.
