SRINAGAR: The Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited (JPDCL) has announced scheduled power shutdowns in various areas of Jammu division on June 5 for maintenance works.
According to the Chief Engineer (Distribution), JPDCL Jammu, power supply to Bishnah, Nandpur, Suhagpur, Ramgarh, Salehar, Seora, Arnia, and adjoining areas will remain affected from 6 am to 8 am.
Separately, the Superintending Engineer (Distribution), JPDCL O&M Circle Kathua, has informed that power supply to Hatlimorh, Sawanchack, Shastri Nagar, Nag Nagar, Tara Nagar, Patel Nagar, Kalibari, Tangri, Police Line, and adjoining areas will remain affected from 7 am to 9.30 am.
The shutdown has been scheduled to carry out necessary maintenance and system improvement works.
