While expressing shock over the killing of veteran journalist and editor-in-chief of Rising Kashmir, Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) Vice President and MLC G N Monga today said the entire state has lost a credible face of journalism.
In a statement, he said, “I am extremely shocked and deeply saddened to hear the sad news of the death of Shjjat Bukhari. I have known him for a long time. A gentleman, a true professional and a fearless journalist knew across the country and abroad as well. It is very difficult to bear this loss.”
“I have no words to describe his personality. My heartfelt condolences with the bereaved family,” he said.
